DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Processing orders from customers from the beginning to the end follow up the order process within the department and outside the department and monitor it every day ensure the suitability of data and documentation related to orders and claims from customers various general tasks that must be done as customer support Coordinate with PPIC for shipment schedule Coordinate with Engineering for product development Weekly report to customers Report any matter directly to Director
REQUIREMENT

Experience on the same field prefer from Furniture Company Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Fluent in English (writing and speaking) Computer literate Good personality Persistent, well managed and multitasking Able to work under pressure
