REQUIREMENT

Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, relevant regulations, code of ethics, and quality systems. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is required. Minimum of 8+ years of audit experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a reputable accounting firm. Strong knowledge PSAK, IFRS, and other relevant financial reporting frameworks. Proven ability to lead audit teams, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English (speaking and writing) Excellent grasp of risk and quality and risk management procedures. Proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
