DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead business development and identify new sales opportunities in IAM solutions, including 2FA, SSO, and Mobile Application Shielding. Focus on expanding into new markets, primarily in the financial services industry, followed by government and large enterprises in Indonesia. Create and implement effective customer and channel strategies to generate new sales, adapting to different selling scenarios to increase market share. Collaborate with channel partners and system integrators to engage end customers and close sales, managing the full sales cycle. Drive and manage lead generation activities to build strong and sustainable sales pipelines, meeting personal and team quotas. Coordinate pre-sales, implementation, and service resources for sales and project delivery as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Sales Manager #74459 Industry/ Organization Type: Cybersecurity/IAM Position Title: Sales Manager Working Location: Jakarta Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00AM – 6.00PM) Salary Package: Basic salary up to RP 20,000,000 + Commission + Variable bonus Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable) Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related disciplines At least 5 years of experience in IT software or services sales, with a proven record in direct enterprise sales, especially in enterprise security solutions. Experience in IAM, 2FA, SSO solutions, mobile application security, and cryptographic solutions is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, relationship management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
