REQUIREMENT
Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG/ Property Industry Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of raw material sourcing, supplier management, and inventory control in beauty & personal care products. Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and optimize costs while ensuring quality standards. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, ERP systems) and data analysis tools. Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and resolve supply chain challenges effectively.
