DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing HR-related queries and providing appropriate solutions. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Assisting with the recruitment and selection process. Conducting performance management and appraisal processes. Coordinating with the Learning and Development team to organise training programmes. Providing advice on employment law and ensuring compliance. Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts. Supporting change management initiatives within the organisation.
REQUIREMENT

A degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Indonesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations. Highly proficient in English.
