DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative IT solutions Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation Continuously monitor and optimise system performance to meet business objectives Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors. Good Understanding of SDLC and its methodologies. Min 2-4 years as Business Analyst/ business consultant in IT Field /QA/Developer/SA English proficiency is a must both in written and verbal. Prefered experience in system for banking, transaction, payment, multifinance, loan, e-commerce Familiar with BRD, FSD, TSD, RFP, TOR, SOR, UML Excellent knowledge of database design, process flow diagram & query language Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
