Call and follow up customers based on quotation Response to Inbound call/email from customers Responsible in getting customer's information, inquiries and incoming projects Increase customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problems Product promotion to related customers New customer activation task Maintain customer's relationship Other related tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT

・Diploma in Management/PR ・Minimum 3 years experience in sales handle automotive/machinery/parts products ・Knowledge in PO process flow ・Domicile in Surabaya/Sidoarjo ・Medium to high skills in Microsoft Office (excel and word) ・Strong communication and negotiation skill ・Independent, able to work in a team and highly motivated
