DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the local market Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer loyalty and retention Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement engaging campaigns that effectively promote our products and services Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic decision-making Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Demonstrated understanding of the local Bandung market and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technology Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Finance
