• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with trainers, trainees, and other related parties.
• Project Management: Ability to plan and coordinate training programs, including logistics, materials, and schedules.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all training-related documentation and records are accurate and complete.
• Training Program Coordination: Organize and schedule internal and external training sessions.
• Tracking Training Records: Keep detailed records of training attendance, feedback, and evaluations.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on training progress, outcomes, and any improvements needed.

• Technology Proficiency: Competence in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power Point ,Canva etc)
• Flexible and Adaptable: Ability to adjust plans as required in response to unexpected challenges.
