DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collaborate with the procurement department to develop standards for warehouse stock and set stock re-order point and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database.
Collaborate with production, quality team, finance to control inventory variance.
Supervising warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks, and providing training to maintain productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Provide the Material Order in SAP by follow AtP (Available to Promise Evolution)
Overseeing the receipt, identification, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely stock counts.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, logistics, inventory management or related fields). At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and stock management in Manufacturing process. Experience in using SAP or related warehouse management software. Able to communicate in English, read and write. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Be able to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
