Develop and execute a comprehensive warehouse strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Leverage technology and automation to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Implement robust inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against established goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operations, products, and procedures within the specific division.
Oversee staff performance, training, and career development.
Prepare regular warehouse operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
Communicate with vendors and third parties regarding warehouse and operational needs.
Identify and resolve problems that may arise in warehouse operations.
Provide recommendations to management to improve warehouse workflow and operational systems.
Maintain efficient inbound and outbound logistics KPIs at the most optimal cost.
Responsible for inventory (including stock quantity, accuracy, and safety stock).
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse or Logistics Manager in medium to large-sized companies.
Proficient in data processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong time management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading at least 5 supervisors or a total of 500+ employees.
Willingness to work shifts.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify problems and find effective solutions.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Have a proven track record in applying lean principles and Six Sigma to optimize order fulfillment processes and drive operational excellence.
