DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Daily Level 2 Helpdesk/Desktop support via phone, email, in person, or remote access; Desktop Support including Microsoft Operating system, office suite, in-house applications, O365, other Office Automation applications, printers, XDR (Extended Detection and Response) Client, etc Setup, refresh computers in accordance with corporate IT standards, coordinating with hardware vendors for repair and delivery Providing timely status updates and escalate Unresolved issues to 3rd Level Support Ensure all cases are resolved in accordance with SLA Requirements Assist Global Infra Tech Ops Team in Physical Server Hardware, Virtual Servers and ID Management for New hire and Leaver covering email, AD/Shared folder rights assignment, Virtual Servers Backup, Data Backup and Restore, etc Assist Global Infra Tech Ops team in physical network connectivity and equipment related issues Work closely with the Global IT function on the implementation of global IT initiatives within the region. Liaise with APAC Infrastructure Support Manager for infrastructure development and support plans. Support and monitor local Systems/Data/Voice network infrastructure. Manage Third Party vendors for delivery of Infrastructure and services. Travel to other remote locations such as other APAC offices, warehouses, airport offices will be required as part of this position. Other duties as deemed appropriate by Manager.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Information Technology or similar. 4 - 5 years working experience in support remote offices, macbook troubleshooting, Level 2 troubleshooting, network infrastructure. Project Management experience, including the coordination of 3rd party suppliers and partners. Good knowledge of Communications and Network Concepts such as Routing, VoIP, firewalls, etc. Good ability to identify problems and escalation of problems Good ability to liaise with the second line, vendors, or third-party support group. Experience with Network Switches, Routers and Firewalls is required Experience with Administering MS AD and Exchange. Experience with Administering VMware ESXi Server. Experience with Administering NAS, iSCSI Storage. Ability to assist and support IT resources remotely. Ability to work as part of a team and individually. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
