DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor.
Planning, implementing and monitoring all general trade sales activities within the assigned territory particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory in collaboration with the general trade sales manager
Regular contacts and visits to distribution centers to help the commercial team by conducting regular audits from time to time and get market insights from the total territory.
Close contact with and internal consultancy to the marketing team at planning and implementing consumer and driven activities in general trade channels
Responsible for executing visibility norms across the territory as per COMPANY standards. Is also accountable for tracking and maintaining all company merchandising elements in the territory
New Business development: Constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of business operations in close cooperation with the general trade Sales manager
REQUIREMENT
At least 3-year sales experience in FMCG.
Strong negotiation skills
Good communication skill in Chinese and Taiwanese, Basic English capability in speaking and writing.
Good at Microsoft Office
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
