DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
IT Systems Management: Plan, deploy, and maintain IT systems including hardware, software, cloud applications (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), networks, and security components.
Network & Server Management: Ensure secure and efficient network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN) and handle server configurations and maintenance.
Security & Compliance: Implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small IT team (2-3 members), providing guidance and performance evaluations.
Project & Vendor Management: Lead IT projects, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects align with business goals.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Experience: 5-10 years in IT infrastructure, network management, and security, with 3+ years in IT management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, and security protocols.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
