DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and optimize the billing and collection process. Monitor aging reports and identify potential payment risks. Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues. Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards. Provide reports and insights on receivables to management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on accounts receivable and collections. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under deadlines and solve problems effectively. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
