DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate customer records Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of sales activities, meetings, and client presentations Supporting the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, and other related documents Collaborating with the sales team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Performing general office duties, such as managing inventory, ordering supplies, and handling administrative tasks as needed Maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers and internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 years of Freight Forwarding Experience Good oral and written skills in English Good team working skills Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with good organization skills A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organization Apply now to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey!
