DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and maintain hospital data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are implemented effectively. Support IT operations related to hospital management systems. Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and processes. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system efficiency and security.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Data Center operations. Experience in hospital system processes is a plus. Strong skills in documentation and communication. Ability to work collaboratively in a team (teamwork). Critical thinking skills to support operational user needs.
