DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support BOSS & TOMO in executing indirect sales activities for consumer tires (PSR/LVR). Monitor, analyze, and report monthly sell-out achievements for BOSS & TOMO. Communicate Bridgestone’s policies, marketing programs, and products to shops for proper implementation Analyze and propose improvements for the performance of BOSS & TOMO. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and promotions to optimize sales conditions and retail operations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or Technical field. Min 3 years of experience in automotive or tire retail sales. Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong problem-solving abilities.
