DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Building and maintaining extensive network, especially with event organizers and communities. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness. Develop budgets for marketing campaigns and recommending spending levels to management Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products or services, working with internal teams and external agencies. Creates Marketing communication strategies to improve a company's reputation and visibility. Arrange and monitor the income from marketing communication, such as: sponsorship, advertising tool in the mall, etc. Build strong networking with promotion/ advertising vendors, event organizers and other related parties to held big events.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or Business or Communication or related fields from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00). Experienced min. 3 years as Marketing/Marcomm Associate/Event, Promotion, & Sponsorship for Mall, or in the related fields in shopping center/mall. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (Canva). Have good communication, negotiation, presentation and strong in leadership skills. Ability to lead a team, provide direction, and resolve issues that arise during events. Possess extensive network, especially with event organizers and communities. Possess excellent leadership with good analytical thinking. Able to take decisive decisions and offer creative problem solving. Willing to travel.
