DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT security strategy aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as ISO 27001 or applicable cybersecurity laws. Design and maintain secure network architecture across all subsidiaries and operational units. Implement firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN solutions to ensure data security. Monitor and respond to security incidents, including malware attacks, phishing attempts, and unauthorized access. Enforce data protection policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive corporate and customer information. Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) systems, including role-based access controls. Develop and maintain an incident response plan to address potential security breaches. Conduct forensic analysis in the event of security incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT security or a related field Proficiency in network security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM systems) and strong knowledge of endpoint protection, threat analysis, and vulnerability management. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or other relevant standards. Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus and have a professional certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments and companies. Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
