DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Technical Support: Provide first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for users. Incident Management: Log, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets efficiently. Software & Hardware Setup: Install and configure software, systems, and hardware devices. Network & System Maintenance: Assist with basic network issues and perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades. User Training & Documentation: Educate users on software use and maintain records of issues and resolutions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience in IT Support/IT Helpdesk. Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software, and networking, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to provide clear support and guidance to users while maintaining a positive, user-focused approach. Ensure proper system setup, perform updates and backups, and follow security protocols to safeguard the IT infrastructure. Efficiently manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets while handling multiple tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
