REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years experience in IT Support/IT Helpdesk. Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software, and networking, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to provide clear support and guidance to users while maintaining a positive, user-focused approach. Ensure proper system setup, perform updates and backups, and follow security protocols to safeguard the IT infrastructure. Efficiently manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets while handling multiple tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
