DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To promote Bayer products to healthcare professionals and other relevant target groups in order to meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products within the designated territory. To implement Customer Engagement Excellence by executing in-clinic promotions that leverage Patient-Focused Interactions (PFI) and by carrying out off-clinic promotional activities targeted at specific customers, thereby enhancing customer relationships. To comply with local regulations, industry standards, company policies, and the code of conduct.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any field of study. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Strong collaboration, efficiency, and flexibility skills.
