DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and planning processes. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in accordance with Indonesian regulations. Stay updated on the latest tax laws, policies, and regulatory changes to ensure full compliance and mitigate tax risks. Provide tax advisory support for business operations, transactions, and strategic decision-making. Handle tax audits and disputes, working closely with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize tax planning strategies. Maintain strong relationships with tax consultants, external auditors, and government agencies.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in tax management, corporate taxation, or a related field. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in a Tbk (publicly listed) company is a plus. Background in KAP (Public Accounting Firm) or Big 4 consulting firms is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide strategic tax insights. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams.
