DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing effective sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets. Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to determine the right sales approach. Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve peak performance. Identifying new market opportunities, both locally and internationally. Building relationships with distributors, dealers, and business partners to expand the sales network. Collaborating with other departments to align sales and promotional strategies. Fostering strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Handling complaints or issues related to sales. Monitoring product performance in the market and providing input for product development.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree graduated in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Export professional in the Bicycle Industry or Consumer Goods industry. Strategic Vision, Analysis, and Excellent business sense. English Proficiency is a must. Passionate in Sport, especially cycling is a plus point.
