DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities of the restaurant.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Record financial transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and manage cash flow.
• Handle restaurant tax payments, including income tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN), ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Control operational costs, including raw material expenses, payroll, and other expenditures.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop budgets and financial strategies for the restaurant.
• Coordinate with external auditors and relevant parties for audit and financial review purposes.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • At least 2-3 years of experience in finance & accounting, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry. • Proficient in accounting systems and financial software such as Accurate, SAP, or similar. • Strong understanding of tax regulations; Brevet A & B certification is a plus. • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possesses strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the operations team. • Able to work independently or in a team and handle tight deadlines.
