Managing large promotional teams, including Sales Promotion Girls and promotional events Collaboration/working with media agencies and managing media placement (TV, Online, print) is added advantage Proven ability to lead and manage promotional teams, ensuring that goals and objectives are met Have the ability to prepare budgeting for promotional activities and ensure cost effectiveness Able to conduct brand management and increase brand awareness through promotional activities
REQUIREMENT

Male or Female Maximum 42 years old Bcahelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Bussiness Administration or any relation field Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or promotions with a focus on cosmetics, skincare, beauty care or OTC products Strong experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns (TV Digital, print an in-store) Able to work in a team Willing to work full-time Willing to undergo training in Yogyakarta
