DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on SAP Business One, following best practices to modify functionalities, reports, forms, and workflows to meet the company's business needs.
Integrate SAP Business One with other systems, databases, and applications, ensuring efficient data exchange through interfaces, APIs, and middleware.
Customize SAP Business One to meet business requirement, modifying logic, and module and setting up access rights.
Test solutions thoroughly to identify defects and ensure quality, stability, and reliability through unit, integration, and regression testing.
Create functional documentation, including specifications, designs, test plans, and manuals, and share with team members and stakeholders.
Provide user support and training, addressing queries, troubleshooting, and delivering sessions to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
Maintain SAP Business One by applying patches, upgrades, and hotfixes, monitoring performance, and optimizing configurations.
Follow best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and high software quality.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology
Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Business One Functional Analyst
Experience in SAP Business One implementation and configuration is a plus
In-depth understanding of core SAP Business One modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP Business One system issues
Knowledge of ERP concepts and business best practices
