DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Overseeing the network in the office Monitor server utilization Day to day general support IT Matter Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software and hardware as 1st Level IT Helpdesk Setting up account for new users (AD,EMAIL , etc.) Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Installing and configuring computer software system and printer Resolve Network Issue Manage permission for file sharing Perform regular backup for file server Coordination with vendor and user for IT equipment's issues resolution Support document related IT Audit
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree in technical information background, fresh graduate are welcome but with experience in IT matter Has experience minimum 2,5 years in IT infrastructure (Server and Network) and IT helpdesk Good knowledge to Troubleshoot Server, Network, and PC. and software config Able to work well individually and in a team Having good communication for support matter Capable of handling more than 100 users Having experience with several OS, Windows, Linux and Mac OS
