Ensure communication, service, attention, and adaptation for each prospective customer, as well as provide financing quality and maintain the continuity of long-term relationships by anticipating financing needs (Know Your Customer).
Communicating, serving, and understanding the needs of suppliers/dealers/partners and capturing every financing opportunity.
Conducting On-The-Spot visits to debtors/debtor projects at least once every six months.
Observing, evaluating, analyzing, researching, and investigating every prospective customer and mitigating arising risks.
Anticipating developments and changes in economic, social, political, and environmental conditions to take preventive, controlling, and corrective actions for the managed portfolio.
Managing each account from realization to settlement, including efforts to ensure financing repayment and minimizing company losses.
Manage team and expanding the potential market
REQUIREMENT
S1 All Major
Has a Minimum 2 years experience in sa imilar role and industry
Maximum Age is 40th Years Old
Having a good negotiation and communication skills
Able to operate the system such as Ms. Office or other tools to help the job
