DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop, configure, and extend CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) using coding and development tools.
Integrate CRM systems with third-party platforms and enterprise applications via APIs and custom connectors.
Manage and optimize CRM databases with SQL for seamless data management, integrity, and performance.
Write and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, C#, Python) to build features, workflows, and automate CRM processes.
Automate repetitive tasks and business processes within the CRM platform to increase efficiency.
Ensure optimal CRM system performance by identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and end-users to optimize CRM solutions for business needs.
Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs, and maintain CRM system reliability.
Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and configuration changes.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field
Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Python).
Proficient in database management (SQL) and API integrations.
Proven ability to customize CRM systems, automate workflows, and manage large datasets.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
