DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and evaluate risks to the organization. Control Evaluation: Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls. Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and execute audit plans, including test procedures and fieldwork. Report Writing: Prepare clear and concise audit reports, summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Follow-up and Monitoring: Monitor management's implementation of corrective actions and report on progress. Consultative Services: Provide consulting services to improve processes and operations.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required. A CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or similar credential is highly recommended. Significant experience in finance or accounting roles, with a preference for previous experience in auditing, financial management, or risk management. Understanding of Financial Reporting, Familiarity with audit standards, processes, and internal control frameworks, Understand the regulatory environment the organization operates within. This includes understanding laws, regulations, and standards related to financial reporting and corporate governance, High ethical standards and integrity, Understanding of risk management principles and practices, Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with other board members, management, and others Independence.
