DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conducting all Sales processes (quotations, negotiating terms, and checking all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance) to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant policies including shipping document preparation according to date of delivery/shipment schedule. Ensure accurate and timely completion of each sales process to be in a clear and timely manner. Monitor and follow up with ongoing orders, shipment delivery, and customers' requirements. Monitoring accounts receivables and coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and follow up with customers (whenever required) to ensure prompt collection. Proactively handles every situation that arises and able to give proper problem-solving with analytical thinking. Available for a business trip
REQUIREMENT

Fluent in Mandarin, able to listen, speak, read, and write (Mandarin is a must) Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature/Economics/ Business / International Business/ Engineering related major At least 2-3 years of experience in an Automotive Company Advanced in interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS.
