Lead the recruitment of new partners to expand the organization’s network within the region.
Develop and implement strategic plans for partner recruitment, identifying high-potential partners that align with business objectives.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure compliance and mutually beneficial relationships.
Conduct thorough follow-up research on proposed expansion locations in collaboration with partners, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and viability.
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze data on potential school openings, residential and community insights, local competitors, and commercial area analysis.
New School Ventures:
Support partners in preparing business case presentations for new school ventures, including setting timelines for school openings.
Ensure smooth execution of new center openings and events in compliance with Central standards.
Partner Relations:
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with partners to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting successful partnerships.
Maintain engagement and alignment with partners regarding the organization’s goals and objectives.
Sales Leadership:
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals.
Set performance targets and monitor progress, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Oversee sales operations, ensuring the effective execution of strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Regularly analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in sales management or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in sales leadership, and partner management.
Having experience with franchises is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and feasibility studies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate sales teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
Experience with project management, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
