DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the travel retail sector. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Greater China travel retail market. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airport retailers, distributors, and travel retail operators. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Brand Representation: Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and awareness. Training and Development: Organize training sessions for retail staff to ensure they are well-informed about product knowledge and brand values. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product availability.
REQUIREMENT

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the travel retail or luxury beauty industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across Greater China.
