DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist Manager-Sales to achieve growth and hitting sales targets by managing the sales team and liaising with property agents Help Manager-Sales to evaluate and analyse the business landscape to generate more sales As directed by Manager-Sales, design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Group's customer base and ensures its strong presence Encourage and support the establishment of a work environment that recognises both individual and team accomplishments with open and effective communication Assist in the development of a team of sales-focused sales staff and provide support to any sales staff to close deals. Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders Assist the Manager-Sales with other duties as directed
REQUIREMENT
