DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead the product management and development process for core products, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation in core products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Develop and implement product roadmaps, defining clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new product initiatives and enhancements.
Create comprehensive product specifications, ensuring functionality aligns with market needs and customer expectations.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and feature enhancements.
Facilitate stakeholder engagements, incorporating insights from sales, customer support, and other departments to create a unified product vision.
Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Support the sales team with training and resources to effectively position core products to clients.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within product management and development processes.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management and development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong understanding of the telecommunications or technology market is a plus.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in product management tools and methodologies, Agile experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
