DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design the roadmap and architecture for the ERP system based on business needs. Identify department-specific requirements to integrate business processes into the ERP. Collaborate with the UI/UX team for ERP module design and development. Lead front-end and back-end teams in ERP development. Guide IT teams in ERP development and maintenance. Identify and resolve system issues proactively. Develop additional features and optimize the system based on evolving business needs.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology; ERP or project management certification is a plus. 5-7 years of experience in ERP development and implementation. Proven experience leading front-end and back-end development teams. Strong skills in business process analysis and ERP architecture design. Expertise in ERP design, database management, and system integration. Knowledge of Consumer Goods business processes
