Strategic Partner:
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management to enhance business performance.
Serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
Address employee concerns and grievances to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and retention.
Talent Management and Development
Identify critical roles and develop succession planning strategies.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
Organize training and development programs tailored to team and individual needs.
HR Operations
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll coordination, contracts, and benefits.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
Change Management
Support business leaders in driving organizational change, including mergers, restructuring, or cultural transformation.
Ensure smooth communication and transition for employees during changes.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Promote and implement initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
Ensure recruitment and retention strategies focus on diversity and equity.
Compliance and Risk Management
Stay updated on Indonesian labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance.
Handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of HRBP experience.
Proficient in English both oral and writing.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
