DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential Mandaring speaking customers. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Create and implement sales plans to meet objectives and maximize sales growth. Take action and execute customer complaints. Monitor competitor activities and escalate strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Being the sole point of contact for China customers Dealing with China customers Merchant retention Merchant nurturing Expand business with customers Increase GTV Closing deal with China (Mandarin speaking) customers
REQUIREMENT

Min. 2 years in payment industry or 4 years from FSI non payment industry Prefer Fluent in Mandarin (professional speaking & writing) Communication (& Listening Skills) Networking & Relationship Building Negotiation Skills Conflict Resolution Goal Execution Technical Knowledge Problem-Solving Project Management Contract Confidence Consultative selling Time management Teamwork Pipeline building
