Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.
Design and conduct effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization
Assist in HR-related document management and filing
Handle the company's attendance and payroll system operations.
Organize and manage staff meetings, employee events, and activities.
Oversee office supplies and facility maintenance.
Provide administrative support for other HR-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolution strategies
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Coordinate with external training providers and ensure continuous professional development
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support the Management needs for multiple projects within our diverse business
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
Education minimal bachelor's degree in Psychology
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent situational leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
MS Office proficiency and Able to communicate well, assertive and polite
High sense of urgency and agility and having ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
