DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide technical support to customers through various channels (Phone, Chat, Email, and onsite) on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, simplifying complex concepts for clear communication with customers.
Manage and interpret customer requirements, using effective questioning to anticipate and meet client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams and escalate unresolved issues to product vendors, maintaining a feedback loop to support new product solutions.
Continuously learn and stay updated on IT security products and solutions, applying knowledge to customer support and new deployments.
REQUIREMENT
1 year of technical experience, preferably onsite support
Proficiency in English and strong communication skills to provide support online and onsite
Comfortable to work in shifts, 5 days a week
