DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and related schedules. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring proper recording of transactions. Performing account reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies. Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
REQUIREMENT

Requirement : A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. Minimum 3 years experience in tax compliance, accounting, or finance, preferably in the insurance industry, is essential Having certification on Tax Brevet A/B is advantageous. Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles, particularly in relation to employee tax, commission tax, and company tax Familiarity with syariah finance principles and the ability to ensure tax and accounting practices comply with Shariah guidelines Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
