DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process and post invoices into the accounting system Ensure timely and accurate withholding tax calculations and submissions. Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments. Prepare and upload weekly payment for approval and processing Assist with tax audits and queries related to withholding tax and accounts payable. Liaise with respective departments and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies before enter into system. Reconciliation of invoices according to suppliers’ SOA Assist in month-end closing, including AP reconciliation and reporting. Maintain proper filing of records on timeliness basis General data entry and administration works Ad-hoc tasks as required by superior
REQUIREMENT

Must possess a Bachelor or Diploma degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong knowledge of accounts payable and withholding tax regulations (PPH 23 & PPH 4 (2)). Min 3-4 years working experience in the same role, handling payment processes, including batch uploads. Proficient in Microsoft Office application, in particular with Microsoft Excel. Having knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage. Resourceful, innovative, creative and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Someone who is results driven, responsible and able to work efficiently with minimal guidance. Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast paced, fun environment, under pressure and meet deadlines. Good in written and spoken English. Trustworthy and hardworking . Meticulous, showing great attention to details & precise at work. A team player with good working attitude.
