DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Financial Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Generate regular financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements).
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Prepare and process employee payroll, ensuring correct deductions for taxes, benefits, etc.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in the system.
Ensure secure storage of financial records for easy retrieval.
HR Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare employment contracts and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
Manage health insurance and other employee benefit programs (e.g., BPJS).
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any similar majors
Experienced in both Finance and HR role
Fluent in English
Willing to work from office at Setiabudi area, Jakarta Pusat
Excellent interpersonal skill
