Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Manage budgets and financial performance, including profit and loss statements.
Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Identify opportunities for growth and enhance the branch's market presence.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate risks related to branch operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on branch performance and submit to upper management.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
Community Engagement:
Represent the branch in community events and networking opportunities.
Foster relationships with local businesses and organizations.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales & management, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and branch management software.
