DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets. Utilize your analytical skills to assess and optimize sales performance, identifying areas for growth, cost reduction, and overall profitability. Make informed and timely decisions to enhance sales operations, ensuring a competitive product edge in the market Educate, direct, monitor and evaluate Team performance. Reviewing development progress, identifying potential opportunities for improvement from dealers/partners Controlling the department's operational budget. Support the activities of other departments that require information or action in the market. Identifying and validating potential and developing new markets, sales development and products.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business / Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field Proven experience as a Sales Manager in any industry with 7+ years' of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proficiency in English at a business level. Strong analytical skills with a focus on profit loss analysis. Decisive decision-maker with a strategic mindset. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Results-oriented and able to drive a high-performance sales team Willing to travel / Business trip
