DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
•Process the financial activities of an organization to maximize group’s profit And plan for its Growth.
•Analyze data, financial report and advice top executives on ways to use that information to make strategic decisions about the organization’s future.
•Lead, manage and preparation for the budgeting process.
•Be responsible for gathering financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance.
•Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
•Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
•Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
•Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
•Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
•Establish the financial model and do the future 5 years financial projection according to current company’s activities and plan.
•Collect all data and report to our investor and potential investment firms.
•Managing local and international banking relationship
•Led and assist in the preparation of ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision-making processes.
REQUIREMENT
•Proven experience as a Financial Manager
•Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
•Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
•A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
•Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
•BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
•Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
•Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate finance and accounting, preferable experience in startup company or IPO company.
•Prior experience in retail industry and E-commerce accounting or with multinational trading companies is beneficial.
•Familiar with Google Workspace and ERP system, experience in Odoo ERP system is a plus
