DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conducting the recruitment process for managerial level positions from start to finish; Analyzing and providing recommendations regarding the recruitment process; and Being responsible for recruitment projects.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment (experience from a Multifinance company or Headhunter is preferred); Experience in conducting recruitment processes from start to finish (sourcing, interviewing, to offering); Familiarity with behavior-based interview methods (BBI/CBI); and Have good communication skills (influencing others or negotiation) and analytical skills.
