DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing sales territory to Identify, build and converting opportunities to deliver profitable business growth with Footwear customers and Key Strategic Tier 1 Vendors in Footwear segment working with global and domestic accounts for entire range of products including threads and structural components. B2B Sales. Identify key decision makers and influencers within Footwear key accounts and monitor by spending sufficient time in the field with each representative each month. Also, to prepare a monthly report for all Footwear sales activities for the Sales Manager. Be involved in customers’ product development process in order to develop new products that are feasible Managing Footwear Key Tier 1 Accounts including the Development Centre/PCC. Understand customer needs and wants, develop winning propositions in a competitive market to gain the business Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share Close the sales as per the target by focusing on quality, service, and at a price premium Coordinate with Manufacturing, Marketing, Logistics, Finance & Technical to service accounts Profitability and gross margin improvement Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
REQUIREMENT

Hold minimum bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline, majoring in Marketing Management is preferred. Experience sales and product management functions at least 5 years Experience in Footwear industry is preferred. Able to work in team, also independently initiative Self-motivated and eager for improvements Have good analytical skill, good command of English both verbal & written Excellent communication skills and People Management Result oriented, Resourceful, Confident and able to work independently and under pressure. Passion for delivering excellent service by having a customer-first mindset Customer focus & listening Drive and Hunger to Succeed (Hunter Spirit) Persuasion / Negotiation Detail and result orientation. Proven track record in developing and executing sales plans through strong client relationships, resulting in consistently exceeding goals. Having driving licenses A. This position requires lots of travelling and face to face meeting with clients Extremely comfortable in uncertain environment and extensive travelling Concern for standards & compliance Willing to placement in Jakarta.
