Lead, build & development teams required for project purposes
Develop staff competency towards according to project requirements
Lead in budgeting, forecasting, manpower, resource capabilities management and allocations
Maintaining, monitoring, improve team during running project
Plan, coordinate and delegate tasks effectively that ensure engineering projects are delivered with great quality
Proactively lead stakeholder communications related to deliverables and risks
Managing project scope before, during, and post-delivery and determining requirements and providing project estimates
Providing leadership, support, and motivation to technical team members
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Cybersecurity or related field
Experience leading cybersecurity teams or complex security projects
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other relevant certifications
